What golden plasma actually is
Platelet-rich plasma — golden plasma — is prepared from your own blood. A small volume (10–20 ml) is drawn, then spun in a centrifuge that separates blood components by density. The extracted layer is plasma with a platelet concentration several times higher than normal.
Platelets matter because they carry growth factors — proteins that signal surrounding cells to begin repair and renewal. We are not adding anything foreign to the body; we are concentrating something already in it and placing it precisely where we want it.
What it treats in the intimate area
- Vaginal dryness: by stimulating the microvessels and glands responsible for natural lubrication.
- Reduced sensation: by improving blood supply and tissue quality.
- Tissue thinning: particularly after menopause or hormonal treatment.
- Painful scars: by gradually softening fibrous tissue.
- Supporting other procedures: such as threads or lightening.
Who it suits best
Golden plasma is specifically suited to three groups:
- Anyone who cannot use hormones: for medical reasons or while breastfeeding.
- Anyone who prefers an entirely natural option: no foreign substance, no allergy risk.
- Anyone seeking tissue quality rather than volume: plasma improves tissue, filler adds volume — two different jobs.
The session and the result
A full session takes about forty-five minutes, mostly waiting while the plasma is prepared. The injection itself takes minutes after numbing cream.
The result is gradual by nature because it depends on your body's response: initial improvement in week two, building until week six, and a full result at month three. The usual protocol is two to three sessions four weeks apart, then annual maintenance.
The limits of what it can do
It matters to be clear: golden plasma is not a substitute for mechanical lift. If the problem is clear laxity of the vaginal wall, plasma will not solve it however many sessions you have — you need threads or surgery, with plasma possibly as a supportive addition.
The simple rule: plasma improves the quality of tissue; it does not change its structure.
