Our privacy principle
We handle sensitive medical information, and we know privacy is not a minor detail for our clients. This page explains exactly what we collect, why, and who can access it.
The basic rule: we do not sell your data, we do not share it with any marketing party, and we never use your photographs or case details for promotional purposes.
What we collect
- Via the website: your name, mobile number and chosen treatment when you send a booking request or contact form. These are sent directly over WhatsApp and are not stored on website servers.
- In your browser: we keep a draft of your booking request in your browser's localStorage so you don't lose what you entered. It stays on your device, never reaches us, and is cleared once you complete the booking.
- At the clinic: your medical history, examination findings and treatment plan, within a closed medical record.
- Analytically: aggregated, non-identifying browsing data via Google Analytics, to understand which pages help visitors.
Medical photographs
For some procedures we take before-and-after photographs for clinical follow-up only. These photographs:
- Are kept inside your closed medical record and uploaded to no platform.
- Are never used in advertising or on social media.
- May be declined entirely, with no effect on your treatment.
- Can be deleted at your request at any time.
WhatsApp communication
Our messages come from the clinic number and are neutrally worded, naming no service — only a confirmed appointment. We never add your number to any group and never send bulk marketing messages.
Cookies and tracking
The site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure page and campaign performance. These tools work on aggregated data and do not identify you. You can disable tracking through your browser settings or by using private browsing.
Your rights
- Access your medical record.
- Request correction of any inaccurate detail.
- Request deletion of your medical photographs.
- Withdraw consent for any use at any time.
- Obtain a copy of your record if transferring elsewhere.
